SHIPPING
In-stock rugs sizes 8x10’ and smaller arrive via UPS (delivered to your front porch/door). In-stock rug sizes larger than 8x10’ arrive via in-home delivery.
You will be contacted ahead of time to schedule an in-home delivery date. As part of our white glove service, items will be delivered to the room of your choosing and packaging materials will be discarded for you.
Backordered items will not ship via UPS or be scheduled to deliver in-home until in-stock. You can reference the area above the Add to Cart button on the product page for shipping options and estimated delivery dates.

EASY RETURNS
We hope you love your new rug! If it doesn’t end up being a fit for any reason, you can return eligible items with an original receipt or gift receipt within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value.
Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Made to Order Rugs
- Final sale items (with prices ending in $.X7 or $.X9)
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
