- Frame is expertly crafted from solid pine wood and engineered wood.
- Frame is tightly upholstered in a choice of made-to-order fabrics and filled with foam for comfort.
- Trundle fits comfortably under daybed when not in use.
- Accommodates twin size mattress for daybed and trundle mattress for trundle (each sold separately).
- Bed is designed for use without a box spring.
- Set includes daybed and trundle.
- Adjustable levelers provide stability on uneven surfaces.
- Contract Grade: Thoughtfully designed and expertly engineered to meet rigorous testing standards and best practices from select ANSI/BIFMA testing protocols.

- Spot clean fabric with a damp, white cloth.
- Blot to remove excess water.
- Air dry.
- Or consult a professional upholstery cleaner.
- Hardware may loosen over time, periodically check connections and re-tighten if necessary.
Assembly
- White Glove Service: Items are delivered to your room of choice by appointment, then unpacked and fully assembled by a skilled two-person team. Includes packaging removal and recycling. Fee varies by location and order total.

- Measure the interior space of doorways, passages and stairwells to make sure the furniture will get through.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY – FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS
Our Flat Rate Delivery fees are based on where you live, not how much you buy. With Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select oversized items can be delivered for a single flat rate.
All of our Flat Rate items include our premium White Glove Service—at no extra charge—for oversized furniture and select fragile items. With White Glove, your order is brought into your home by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled, but not installed*. All packaging materials are removed upon completion.
PICK UP IN STORE
Select items are eligible for pick up at your local store. In-stock items can be picked up 2 hours after your order is placed at no additional cost.
Eligible non-stocked items can be Shipped to Store for a reduced flat-rate shipping fee, starting as low as $19.99 (on orders up to $399). Please refer to the item dimensions to ensure the product will fit in your vehicle.

EASY RETURNS
At West Elm, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Items that aren’t eligible for return are:
- Final sale items (with prices ending in $.97 or $.99)
- Monogrammed items
- Made-to-Order (MTO) items
- Robin mattresses and foundations
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
