In-stock items will usually ship within 7-10 business days for the cities listed below:
- San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, New York City, Baltimore, Boston, Cromwell, Atlanta, Raleigh, Charlotte, Tampa, Fort Meyers, Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale. For other areas, your items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Any manufacturer defect must be identified within 30 days; to make a claim customers must contact manufacturer’s customer service department toll-free at (800) 786-0862. The item must be unused and uninstalled. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and no refunds will be made on any returned items that were damaged during return shipping. Pottery Barn is not responsible for lost, misdirected, improperly packaged or damaged return items.
Bathtubs carry a limited, lifetime warranty that covers defects in the porcelain, cast iron, mineralcast, acrylic, or concrete that cause the bathtub to be unsuitable for use. Pre-installed fixtures shall be warranted from mechanical malfunctions for a period of one (1) year. Cracking, peeling and lifting of exterior paint shall be warranted for a period of one (1) year. This warranty is for the lifetime of the original, non-commercial owner only if the product(s) are installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. Commercial purchasers receive a one (1) year limited warranty on the porcelain, cast iron, mineralcast, acrylic, concrete, paint and drain. This warranty shall not apply to the labor, expedited shipping costs and other expenses related to the repair and/or replacement of the product.
Inspection
Customer is required to inspect product(s) upon delivery. Claims associated with shortage, loss, or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment and all common carrier freight (tractor-trailer) damage must be reported to manufacturer within 48 hours of receipt, and before product is removed from the shipping crate. Damage parts claims made after these time periods may be rejected by shipping or the freight carrier.
